1Parties to the Agreement and Definitions
This Terms of Use Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Vio Digital Limited (Address: Suite 11036, 5 Brayford Square, London, E1 0SG, United Kingdom, Company No: 17335736 — hereinafter referred to as the "Company" or "Vio eSIM") and the natural or legal person ("User") who purchases an eSIM data plan or registers as a member via the vioesim.com website or mobile application.
2Scope of Service and Delivery
Vio eSIM provides digital eSIM (Embedded SIM) cellular mobile data plan services valid in more than 200 countries worldwide. Immediately after your purchase is completed, your eSIM QR code and manual installation code are displayed on screen and instantly delivered digitally to your email address. No physical shipping or SIM card delivery is performed.
3Device Compatibility and Customer Responsibilities
Before purchasing an eSIM plan, the User is responsible for verifying that their device supports eSIM technology and is not SIM-locked (i.e., is SIM-unlocked / carrier-unlocked). Vio Digital Limited cannot be held responsible for failure to install the eSIM profile due to device incompatibility or a SIM-locked device.

4Fair Usage Policy (FUP)
For data plans sold as Unlimited, international Fair Usage Policies (FUP) covering the entirety of local global carrier networks apply. In the event of an excessively high volume of daily data usage, data speed may be temporarily adjusted to preserve network stability.
5Intellectual Property Rights
All code, designs, trademarks, logos, and content found on the Vio eSIM website and mobile application belong to Vio Digital Limited. Copying, reproducing, or using them for commercial purposes without permission is prohibited.
6Governing Law and Competent Jurisdiction
The laws of the United Kingdom (England and Wales) govern the interpretation and application of this Agreement and the resolution of any disputes that may arise. The Courts and Enforcement Offices of London, UK have jurisdiction over the resolution of any dispute.
