Vio eSIM only processes the technical metadata necessary to establish a cellular network connection.

2Categories of Personal Data Processed
In order to provide you with eSIM services, only limited and necessary data is processed:
First name, last name, email address (for creating your user account and delivering the eSIM QR code).
Device model (for eSIM compatibility verification), IP address, eSIM ICCID and EID numbers (for network activation).
Order history, balance spending, and e-invoice details (your credit card information is stored on Stripe's infrastructure with PCI-DSS assurance).
Total data consumption of the purchased plan (e.g., remaining data information from your 5 GB plan).
3Purposes of Data Processing
Your collected data is processed for the following purposes:
- Creating, delivering, and activating the purchased eSIM profile on the local carrier network.
- Providing customer service support and resolving technical issues.
- Issuing legal e-invoices and ensuring compliance with tax regulations.
